Experience

Mr. Harley serves as counsel to businesses, professional practices, government agencies, and non-profit organizations, and is a certified U.S. Small Business Administration closing attorney. Scope of representation includes, by way of specification and not limitation, to counsel and formation of corporations, limited liability companies, professional corporations, and family limited partnerships; counsel for and preparation of buy-sells, shareholder agreements, operating agreements; representation regarding the purchase and sale of businesses and practices; representation in real estate transactions and SBA 504 and SBA 7A loan closings as a certified and designated SBA closing attorney in the State of Georgia; and representation regarding employment issues for employers and workers' compensation defense.

Throughout his years of practice, Mr. Harley has represented boards of education in Workers' Compensation matters, and represents the Richmond County Board of Education and the Columbia County Board of Education in all contested Workers' Compensation cases.
