William L. Fletcher, Jr.

Experience

Will Fletcher received his Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the William & Mary Law Review. During law school, Will interned for the Honorable Raymond A. Jackson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Also during law school, Will worked for the Georgia Department of Law's Consumer Protection Unit in the Office of the Attorney General of Georgia, as well as interned with LeClairRyan, a national law firm, in its home offices in Richmond, Virginia. Will was born and raised in Augusta and graduated from the Academy of Richmond County's International Baccalaureate Program as Valedictorian in 2008. He graduated from Harvard University in 2012 with a degree in Human Evolutionary Biology.

His publication, Netflix & Quill, was cited in an amicus brief by the National School Board Association et. al in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., 585 U.S. ___ (2018), recently decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Will has been admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and the South Carolina Bar, in order to better serve clients throughout the CSRA.
